In this article,I introduce around Kamata station.
I heard there is an interesting park.
I got off train at “Kamata” station.
This station is JR and Tokyu line’s station.
There is “Keikyu Kamata” station near from here.
But “Kamata” station is nearer to today’s destination.
“Kamata” and “Keikyu Kamata”, they are similar name, but different station.
From Kamata station, only to walk along railway about 15 minutes.(a little far!) I walked from JR Kamata station, but if go by Keikyu line, nearest station is Zoshiki station. It’s about 10 minutes walk.
Blue train is JR Keihin Tohoku Line. Here is long straight railway, so trains are seen well. Good for train watching.
Here is the destination,”Nishi Rokugo Park”.
Some large objects are seen! They are made from tires! Here is also called as tire park!
Old tires are made good use here.
Robot is standing like guarding children. *Large slide on right back is not able to use until February 28,2016 due to repairing.
This is a rocket. Here is SF world!
Here are two Godzillas. This is child Godzilla.
This is parent Godzilla. Its height is 8m !
So many tires!
He has eyes,teeth,hands.
Really huge!
Playing equipment are also used tires.
Tail of parent Godzilla. It’s 20m long from head to tip of tail!
Children can enter tail.
From below. It looks strong! Red color is accent!
It’s well piled up. Of course, climbing is prohibited.
Many families enjoy here. Here has toilet. But no store around here without vending machine. It’s better to bring some drink or foods.
Large tires are possible to sit.
Small tires are free to move or roll. But throwing is prohibited.
I felt here is so creative.
Because one tire is only one circle. But if they are piled up, they become cool and interesting objects.
Making from simple things to complex thing, this process is creative.
I felt this park is teaching that process for children.
I hope that children invent their new way to playing with tires.
Actually I don’t like well prepared way to playing.
Inventing from few simple things to large pleasure is the most interesting.
I thought this park is showing one example of that way for children.
Of course here is ecology too.
And one more. Here is roof top of Tokyu Plaza Kamata, small amusement park “Kamataen”. It is located at roof top of Kamata station.
There is Happy Ferris Wheal. It’s small, but loved by people for the long time.
In clear day, Mt.Fuji is seen from ferris wheel.
Large cushion in front is also looks fun!
Here is also rest place. It may good to drop in when visit Kamata.
How was Kamata?? Here is fantastic place for children!
