Bunkyo Civic Center is Ward office of Bunkyo-Ku,Tokyo,Japan.
This is a large building.
There is observatory in 25th floor.
You can enjoy about 270° panoramic view!
You can see Shinjuku skyscraper and Mt.Fuji to west.
North west direction is Ikebukuro.
Highest building is Sunshine city.
And east direction is Tokyo Skytree.
Evening scene is dramatic!Beautiful silhouette.
This is one of my favorite. It’s looks like Ukiyoe.
I think this is contemporary “Fugaku Sanjurokkei”(means Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji) by Hokusai Katsushika.
He is a Japanese artist in Edo period.
Because I respect him very much,I want to complete contemporary “Fugaku Sanjurokkei”.
And this is night scene of Tokyo Skytree. Many color variation is one of its charms.
After I post this article, I tried High Dynamic Range Image photo. So I added it.
In this place, using tripod is strictly prohibited.
So you have to put camera on table.
You might have to make angle to camera.
It’s convenient if you bring something to insert between table and camera to adjust angle.
